Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I am deeply passionate about social justice and creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, arming, and culturally responsive. I approach my work with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding each person’s unique lived experience without judgment. I value authenticity and strive to create an environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions openly. Outside of therapy, I’m also a plant enthusiast having a wide collection of rare plants, this which reects my appreciation for growth, patience, and the nurturing principles I bring into my clinical work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused modalities. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust and respect. From a humanistic perspective, I center empathy and unconditional positive regard. Through CBT, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and with solution-focused strategies, I support clients in recognizing strengths and moving toward practical, goal-oriented change. This exible approach allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs and goals.
